These terms apply when you use the Hemakcheat website at hemakcheat.com or the Hemakcheat apps. By creating an account or using Hemakcheat you agree to them.

Your account

You must give accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

Content and licence

All videos, audio, text and artwork on Hemakcheat belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to stream them for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, download (except through our own offline feature), record, resell, or redistribute them.

Purchases

Prices are shown before you pay. Coins and series you buy unlock content on your account and have no cash value. Payments made through the Apple App Store or Google Play follow their refund rules; for payments made on our website, contact us if something went wrong and we will look into it. Except where the law requires otherwise, purchases are non-refundable once the content has been unlocked.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break security, scrape content, share accounts commercially, or post unlawful or abusive feedback. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability

We work to keep Hemakcheat running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We may add, change or remove content and features.

Liability

Hemakcheat is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; we will change the date above and tell you about significant changes in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
