Privacy Policy

Hemakcheat (“we”, “us”) runs the Hemakcheat website at hemakcheat.com and the Hemakcheat mobile apps. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

  • Account details: your name, email address and password (stored only as a secure hash), and your language and display settings.
  • Viewing activity: what you watch or listen to, your progress, saved items and the feedback you send us, so we can resume playback and improve the catalogue.
  • Purchases: the coins, series or subscriptions you buy and their payment references. Card and bank details are handled by the payment provider (ABA KHQR, the Apple App Store or Google Play); we never see or store them.
  • Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, and logs needed to keep the service secure and working.

How we use it

  • To provide your account, play videos, and unlock what you have paid for.
  • To keep the service secure, prevent fraud and fix problems.
  • To understand which content people enjoy and improve Hemakcheat.
  • With your consent only, to measure our ads (see below).

Advertising and Meta (Facebook)

If you choose “Allow” in our privacy choices banner, we use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to tell Meta when you visit, sign up or buy, so we can measure our Facebook and Instagram ads. If you decline, we do not send these events. You can change your choice at any time from “Privacy choices” on the home page footer or in Settings. Meta’s own use of this data is covered by the Meta Privacy Policy.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that run Hemakcheat for us (hosting and video delivery on Cloudflare and DigitalOcean, payment providers, and Meta when you have consented), or when required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is open. When you delete your account, we delete your profile, progress and settings. We may keep purchase records for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Deleting your data

You can delete your account and its data at any time: sign in, open Settings and choose Delete account. If you cannot sign in, or you want us to delete data collected through Facebook, email tolanuon1990@gmail.com from your account email with the subject “Delete my data” and we will remove it within 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing tolanuon1990@gmail.com.

Children

Hemakcheat is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app.
